If you want to discuss your need for a speaker without filling out SNAP, that's OK, too. Just contact us by phone, email or fax.

Q : Will i be charged for the services of SpeakersOnAsianTopics.Org?

A : No. The speaker pays the SpeakersOnAsianTopics.Org. The inviting organization pays the speaker's agreed upon honorarium fee. The speaker, in turn, pays a service fee to SpeakersOnAsianTopic.Org. If after consultations with SpeakersOnAsianTopics.Org you decide not to book a speaker, there is no charge.

Q : Will be charged if I decide not to use one of your speakers after consultations with you?

A : No, our consultation services to you are free of charge. Only the actual delivery of a speaker's services will be charged.

Q : How much do your speakers charge?

A : The fee or honorarium charged by SpeakersOnAsianTopics.Org speakers varies from speaker to speaker. Under "Speaker bios" we provide each speaker's "Fee Range", which should help you check whether a particular speaker's fee range is within your budget range. Please note that the expenses of the invited speaker are in addition to the speaker's fee. Expenses may include roundtrip airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, and any other relevant out-of-pocket expenses.

Q: Do you make the travel arrangements for the speaker?

A: Yes, we do. An assigned Event Assistant will take charge of the travel arrangements and inform you of the details as well as coordinate the logistics with you. Some speakers prefer to make their own arrangements and they take care of informing all concerned.
