How we serve you

At SpeakersOnAsianTopics.Org, we work for you. And, we do it simply. Give us some pertinent information about your needs, using our "SNAP" or "Speaker Needs Assessment Page" and we'll quickly recommend specific speaker(s) who will meet your needs competently and to your satisfaction.

You do NOT pay us. You pay the speaker(s). In turn, the speakers pay us a fee for arrangements and various forms of assistance. Our service to you is free.

The first thing we do after you've selected a speaker is issue a contract. We require a 50 percent deposit. The balance is payable two weeks before the presentation date. The speaker's travel and out-of-pocket expenses will be billed after the presentation because of the need for receipts to document the expense reimbursement.

We will be in continuous communication with you before and after the presentation to make sure that we are doing everything we can to assure the success of your event. We want to support you every step of the way towards the successful attainment of your event's goals.
